About Lele:

Lisa "Lele" Sadoughi is a Dallas-born accessories designer and the founder of the Lele Sadoughi brand. She Studied advertising at the University of Texas at Austin and Central Saint Martins in London. In her early career Lele designed trims and pattern making at Rebecca Taylor, where she developed an interest in hardware and embellishments. Addditionally she designed jewelry for Neiman Marcus, Anthropologie, Banana Republic, and Ippolita. In 2005, she became the first jewelry design director at J. Crew prior to launching her own brand in 2012, starting with a jewelry line and expanding into other accessories. Lele is known for her Iconic knotted headbands, colorful jewelry, and playful style and she has collaborated with many leaders, including Kate Middleton, Lady Gaga, Nicole Kidman, Zendaya, and Helen Mirren.
